Welcome to Sumner Academy of Arts & Science! We are looking forward to the 2023-2024 school year. It will be great to see our returning students as well as meet our newest Sabres. Our staff is working hard to ensure a successful start and successful year. Parents and guardians, please be sure you register your student through Infinite Campus and fill out the home economic survey. Additionally as you prepare for the return to school, we will be able to provide the basics for each student including a laptop or iPad (8th grade), notebooks, writing utensils, as well as classroom specific supplies. KCKPS-TV is the cable access channel for Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools. The district’s Communications Office operates and manages KCKPS-TV, which airs content 24-hours, every day of the week.

for the public to access and watch public meetings and district programming on KCKPS-TV.
